Board and Beam Adjusting sends text messages to clients regarding the status of their property insurance claim. Messages are informational and transactional in nature and may include claim status updates, changes in the stage of a claim, scheduling notices for inspections, mediations, and recorded statements, and notes added to your claim file. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

Consent to receive text messages is given in writing when you sign a Letter of Representation and public adjuster contract with Board and Beam Adjusting, using the cell phone number you provide on that agreement. We do not add anyone to this program who has not signed that agreement, and we do not obtain phone numbers from third parties or purchased lists.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of engaging our services.

Message frequency varies with activity on your claim. Most clients receive a small number of messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Board and Beam Adjusting does not charge for these messages; your wireless carrier's standard rates apply.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from this program. You may rejoin by replying START or by contacting our office. Opting out of text messages does not affect our representation of you or our communication with you by phone, email, or mail.
